Case Studies
Every project is a result we achieved together with our customers.
The case studies below are real projects delivered by our team members; some were completed before the company was founded.
Water Infrastructure・2024
Pumping Station SCADA with a Four-Screen Control Room Display
Equipment operation, station layout, equipment status and CCTV combined into a four-screen display with PowerScada, so the duty operator can see the whole station from the control room.
- Pumps, generators and trash rakes monitored in one place
- Four screens updated in sync
- Real-time water and fuel level trends

Plant-Wide SCADA for a Wastewater Treatment Plant
One screen per process unit, drawn on top of the P&ID. Equalization, aeration, chemical dosing, discharge and sludge dewatering are all included, with equipment status, levels and flows shown exactly where they belong.
- More than ten process unit screens
- Drawn one-to-one from the P&ID
- Complete alarms, history and reports

Environmental Engineering・2026
Biogas Treatment and Recovery Monitoring
The entire biogas chain, from desulfurization and storage to use in the boiler and generator, was brought into the same PowerScada system and monitored from the control room together with the water treatment.
- Full biogas treatment and utilization chain monitored
- Same platform as the water treatment system
- Live pressure and flow display

Metalworking・2026
Automatic Loading and Unloading Integration for a CNC Machine
No extra HMI: the loading and unloading screens were added directly to the Siemens SINUMERIK interface, so machining and material handling are switched on the same screen.
- Custom operation pages embedded in the controller HMI
- Loading, unloading and manual recovery modes
- Searchable operation log

Custom Design・2025
Custom Signal Conversion Board: Resistance to Voltage
Off-the-shelf converter modules did not match the specification, so we designed our own board that turns a resistance change into a 0 to 10 V signal the PLC can read.
- Designed and prototyped in-house
- Standard 0 to 10 V output
- 24 V supply, DIN-rail mounting

Machine Building・2025
Flying Shear Motion Profile Tuning
A flying shear path written from scratch with EtherCAT CSP mode, tuned segment by segment from the motion waveforms (acceleration, synchronization, cutting and return) so that fixed-length cutting stays accurate.
- Dynamic fixed-length cutting for tubes from 1000 to 6000 mm
- Precise alignment in the synchronized constant-speed zone
- Manual cutting available in the return zone

HMI Design for a Rotary Indexing Table Machine
An HMI for a four-station rotary table machine that lists all nine cylinder actions step by step, so you can see where it stopped at a glance, with serial numbers and output counted automatically.
- Four-station rotary process visualized
- Cylinder actions shown step by step
- Serial numbers and part counts tracked automatically
- Machining data uploaded to ERP automatically

Control System for a Sidewinder Key Cutting Machine
A monitoring panel for a sidewinder key cutting machine that shows coordinates, tool parameters and the cutting path on one page, updated live during machining.
- Live XY coordinate display
- Cutting path shown graphically
- Multiple groove parameter sets imported from Excel
- Domino inkjet printer
- Production line integration

Equipment Maintenance・2024
Replacing a 20-Year-Old A Series PLC with iQ-R
A Mitsubishi A series PLC that had run for more than 20 years was long discontinued. We simulated the program offline, converted it to iQ-R and updated the line in stages, finishing the on-site work in 7 days.
- Program simulated offline before conversion
- Servo, analog and high-speed counter code all rewritten
- On-site work completed in 7 days

MCCB Distribution Panel and Motor Control Panel
A distribution and motor control panel built with MCCBs, contactors and thermal overload relays sized to the load, with wiring ducts and wire markers, delivered together with the wiring diagrams.
- MCCBs and contactors sized to the load
- Complete panel controls and indicators
- Tidy wiring with clear labels

How We Build Control Panels
Our control panel practices: power and signal wiring separated into zones, clearance around drives for cooling, every wire in a duct with a marker, and a full power-up check before leaving the shop.
- Component layout with room for maintenance
- Duct wiring with every wire labeled
- Powered up and tested before shipping

Motion Control・2025
Multi-Axis Servo Control Panel
Several Delta ASDA servo drives fitted into one panel, with power and encoder cables routed on separate layers and the PLC motion module issuing all commands.
- Multi-axis servo drives in one panel
- Power and signal cables separated
- Integrated with the PLC motion module

Troubleshooting an Earth Fault on an ABB Drive
An ABB ACS580 kept tripping on fault 2330 (earth leakage). We measured the insulation section by section, found a damp wiring section and had the equipment running again the same day.
- Fault code analysis
- Leakage point found by isolating sections
- Back in operation the same day

Our On-Site Commissioning Process
Power up and check voltages, verify I/O point by point, test single machines, then interlocks, then run automatic mode. This is the fixed commissioning procedure we follow on every site.
- I/O verified point by point
- Single-machine and interlocked tests in stages
- Commissioning records and operator training
