1. Send your requirements by email or call us. 2. We prepare a project requirements sheet for your confirmation. 3. Once confirmed, we issue a quotation. 4. You sign and return it; we start the design and invoice a 30% deposit. 5. We commission the system on site and invoice 60% once the functions are verified. 6. In the final phase you validate the system and we submit an acceptance report. 7. On your acceptance we invoice the remaining 10%.

Deliverables follow the items listed in the quotation. Unless a source-code buyout is stated there, delivery is closed-source: a complete, working system is the deliverable and source code is not included. If you need the source code, please raise it during the requirements stage so it can be listed in the quotation.

We provide a one-year warranty from acceptance, covering the items listed in the quotation. Maintenance and feature extensions after the warranty period can be quoted separately.
